Below is a video of a 1946 Eliason tooling around Dollar Lake. At the original 1964 race, a similar Eliason won the "speed run" with it's Indian motorcycle engine and multiple speed transmission.
Below is a 1950's Bosak, Super M snow machine. These were made for many years in Mainitoba, Canada
Having fun. Here is Vice President Jerry Wanty who perenially is the official flag-man, starter and calculates the award winners, based on a formula of antique machine weight and horsepower.
Commemorative pin available
To celebrate the World's first snowmobile derby, ASCOA member Lee Kasper commissioned this commemorative pin. It features the young Stan Hayes, who won the Championship title. These pins will be provided free to event participants and will be for sale from ASCOA thereafter.
